For newcomers, I always suggest you look in to cuttingthroughthematrix.com web site and you’ll have quite a time downloading hundreds of talks I’ve given in the past where I try to fill in a lot of the blank pieces of history and let you know what’s really going on and to show you that the world and the future is always planned by those who own the present.  The same characters controlled and owned the past as well.  Money rules the world and those in money and high finance and high positions of interbreeding down through generations don’t let it go.  They don’t let it out of their hands.  They don’t share it.  They do have a plan and the plan is not terribly nice.  It’s all about population reduction to a planned society, which they will have managed for them by their front men.  That’s what it’s simply all about.  So I give you a lot of the data FROM the big boys themselves.  I don’t use speculation.  I use stuff that’s put out by themselves, in their own biographies and in their own magazines and in their own publications.  That’s the best source of information.  You don’t have to go in to conspiracy.  You just go in to the United Nations, for instance, look at who founded it, the people who staffed it from the beginning… even when it was called The League of Nations and you go on from there.  It all comes together and they’re all connected.  All these people are connected at all times and down through time. 

You can also see on the front page of cuttingthroughthematrix.com all the other sites I have, bookmark them for future use because I do get problems with the main servers.  They never figure out what’s wrong.  After about 2 weeks of cutting me down, they just suddenly fix it and they can’t explain what happened.  It’s just one of these things that happens all the time to me.  It’s the same thing with the satellite server, Xplornet.  They have me on what they call ‘a lock’ so if I try to upload what they claim is too much, they simply stop me from uploading and it goes dead.  I had another argument with them last night.  You wouldn’t believe what goes on here.  They admitted again, ‘you’re using too much bandwidth.’  I said, ‘I never had this explained when I signed on’ with them.  It’s bad for business to admit they actually got you on a lock where you’re automatically just cut off.  So for all the potential customers out there, just to let you know, this is the reality of Xplornet.  They’ll dangle you.  They’ll have you fixing your satellite and costing hundreds of dollars before they’ll admit they actually got you on a lock in a computer - once your name is fed into it - and it just cuts you off as soon as you start uploading.  So I get about 5, 10 minutes per night of half the speed they claim they give you and then it just goes down to dial-up speed.  You’ve got to restart the computer again and that clocks on with another number and then you’ve got another few minutes of half decent speed and then down you go again.  This is constant with them.  Constant… Xplornet.  But it’s big business and rather than increase the bandwidth for their customers, as they bring on new customers, they just cut down the existing customers’ usage.  That’s what they do for profit.  I just want to let you know what happens. 

Remember, you bring me to you, the listeners. We’re going through the greatest changes that ever, ever happened on this planet.  If you looked at all the changes we’ve had, this SHOCK THERAPY, SHOCK AND AWE.  We first heard that from Rumsfeld in about 2001 and then again when they came into Iraq.  They used the term again, ‘shock and awe’ your enemy.  You’re seeing shock and awe used across the whole planet now to bring in an agenda that’s very old.  It was on the go and discussed and at least put out in format form for the League of Nations at the end of World War I to bring in a global society, a planned society where people will literally live in a collectivist fashion and serve their masters... those who are eugenically superior, intellectually superior – according to themselves at least – and they’ll run the world the way it’s supposed to be run.  That’s as simple as that.

Meanwhile, they must convince the humans - the people I should say; they don’t call us humans at the bottom - that WE are the problem.  They do it through education, through fictional work, novels, and movies and lots of science fiction movies out there of scary scenarios.  Every year they have their main meetings for the United Nations.  The United Nations is THE front organization to bring in this whole global, greening, blah, blah, blah agenda.  Everything in fact, goes through the United Nations.  That’s what it was set up to do.  Every leader of every country that signed the agreement in 1946 – I think it was – in San Francisco ON to the United Nations sold out their countries right there.  We haven’t had any nations since then.  Except for when they want you to go to war, then they wave the flags.  To finish off the process of standardizing the world, then it’s okay.  But then you’re back to globalization again, as soon as it’s over. 

Shock and awe, shock and awe.  The Copenhagen agreement is part of the United Nations to further this world government with all financial sectors dealing directly with the International Monetary Fund, a PRIVATE organization.  It’s destroyed more countries you could ever imagine, especially the third world through massive loans with massive interest rates and all that kind of stuff, KNOWING they could never pay it back.  It’s a WEAPON.  It’s a TOOL.  It was set up to be the manager of ALL the finances of the entire planet.  That was its function.  John Maynard Keynes talked about it.  Part one and Part two.  Part two will come after he was dead.  He said that…  about 50 years down the road.  Well, here we are 50 years down the road and after the Bretton Woods Agreement and bingo, it just happens like clockwork because it’s an agenda.  It’s a plan.  These guys, like any long-range business plan, stick to their dates and their timing. 

2001 was to kick it all off.  We’ve been shock-and-awed almost to death and yet they’re only warming up now.  I’ve read before when each time this Copenhagen meeting for the environment comes along, they admit themselves, after the event, that they’d try and terrify the public of the world with the most scary scenarios.  That’s the words that they use, ‘scary scenarios’.  And here they are again going at it because there’s one coming up.  So we’re seeing all over the media massive, scary scenarios and the Royal Society is even in on the act now.  They’re the Masonic, scientific organization that runs the world’s sciences.  That’s how they were founded and given a Royal charter to exist.  I’ve gone through their beginnings before.

(A:  Just before I read the article, I’ll mention how things go in business for greening.  Staples, that’s where I sometimes go for stationary and stuff.  They have this massive sign up there saying, ‘we’re going green’; Staples is going green.  I thought, what do you mean you’re going green?  I found out, the little disks that you get, the little covers you put on a disk, the paper cover for CDs, have been changed to half their thickness.  They’re like tissue paper.  The same price.  That’s what they mean by going green.  Massive profits all around for them and a real hassle for you as you try to stick these things on with the print on to a CD.  That’s what they mean by going green.  Everything about it is a big con, everything.)

The United Nations is planning a form of diplomatic shock therapy for world leaders this week in the hope of injecting badly needed urgency into negotiations for a climate change treaty that (A:  It used to be global warming but that kind of failed, it’s just changes in the weather.), it is now widely acknowledged, are dangerously adrift.  (A:  Oh, danger, danger.)

UN chief Ban Ki-Moon (A:  Where do they get these guys?) and negotiators say that unless they can convert world leaders into committed advocates of radical action (A:  You’d better believe they mean this.  Radical action means WE are going to get forced through radical action.), it will be very hard to reach a credible and enforceable (A:  enforceable.) agreement to avoid the most devastating consequences of climate change.  (A:  Changes in the weather.)

As the digital counter ticking off the hours to the Copenhagen summit – which had been supposed to seal the deal on climate change – hit 77 days today, progress at the UN summit in New York is seen as vital. (A:  I wish they’d simply give it its own island and float it off somewhere, that UN… in New York there.  Quite the history.  Go into who gave them the land and what the land was used for before they built the towers there for the UN buildings.  Talk about the occult, it’s all there.)  Nearly 100 heads of state and government are to attend the summit, for which a pared-down format has been devised.  (A:  I guess that in simple speak.)

"We need these leaders to go outside their usual comfort zones," said one diplomat. (A:  ‘One diplomat,’ we don’t even get their names.)  "Our sense is that leaders have got a little too cosy and comfortable. They really have to hear from countries that are vulnerable and suffering."  (A:  Then she goes on and on and on.  It mentions Al Gore that shared the peace prize.)

Rajendra Pachauri, head of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (A:  These are the guys who have been given the duty of enforcing the IDEA that the Club of Rome came up with to control the world under saving the environment and world, ‘we’ve got to take all your rights away’ and tell you how to live and breed and what to eat and all the rest of it.  That’s what it’s all about.  Quite something.), which won the Nobel peace prize with Al Gore, agreed. Commenting on the leaders attending the G20 summit in Pittsburgh next week,  (A:  See how they all time things to come together at the same time.) he said: "We need to remind these people about impacts of climate change (A:  Weather changes.  Sometimes it’s rainy, sometimes it’s sunny.)– the fact that they are inequitable and fall very heavily on some of the poorest people in the world. We are likely to see a large number of failed states if we don't act in time." 

The IMF was never set up to HELP the poor.  They devastated most of their countries.  South Africa went through into democracy and out the other side just like that, when they found out it didn’t exist and that the big international corporations had the same deals going with the same boys at the top.  They’re as poor as ever.  The International Monetary Fund that gives out the MASSIVE loans enforces them into what they call chemical farming where they MUST buy all the chemicals to keep the soil going and grow the veggies.  Before they know it, they can not pay it all back because of the massive interest rates.  Then, in comes the IMF and runs their country for them.  That’s how it works. 

You know when Maggie Thatcher was in, it was declared that after she was out of government, that most of the time the IMF had been running Britain because they owed so much money and couldn’t pay off its debt.  They’re the heavy boys.  You send in the heavies... on behalf of the bankers.  Every country has agreed that you must do what the IMF says.  But this is your shock and awe.  Typical shock and awe and you’re going to get awful, terrifying scenarios pushed at you until they go through this Copenhagen agreement AGAIN and ratify the RADICAL changes that they have to put through to make sure that we all follow. 

We’re all going to get taxed INDIVIDUALLY for the carbon output that it takes for everything that you buy.  Do you know how much it costs to make that donut?  Do you know how much that costs, how much energy went into making that donut?  And you’re going to pay and pay for that donut.  Do you think there’s a hole in the donut, that’s going to be a hole in your wallet, believe you me.  This is the most incredible form of slavery.  I always think of slavery because one of the boys, apart from the whole Darwin line, was Charles Galton Darwin in the 1950s.  He wrote a book called The Next Million Years outlining their whole eugenics plan for the whole world and the drastic depopulation plan they’d have to enforce somehow either through putting stuff in their food to kill them off, injecting with it, or putting it in their water even… making them sterile.  He talked of behalf of all the elite… who already ruled the world.  He said in his book, “There has always existed slavery in one form or another; we’re simply creating a new more sophisticated form of slavery.”  Guess what?  You’re seeing it being implemented right now.  Back with more after this break.

Population growth driving climate change, poverty: experts

Unchecked population growth is speeding climate change, damaging life-nurturing ecosystems and dooming many countries to poverty, experts concluded in a conference report released Monday.  (A:  Remember what Lord Bertrand Russell said?  ‘We’ll train the public to listen to experts.’  You don’t even need names now, just ‘experts say.’  It’s all been done.  We’ve lived through it.  It’s been done.)

Unless birth rates are lowered sharply through voluntary family-planning programmes and easy access to contraceptives, the tally of humans on Earth could (A:  And then it could NOT, right?) swell to an unsustainable 11 billion by 2050, they warned.  (A:  You know, the unknown ‘they’.)

The UN (A:  The United Nations again.) currently projects that global population will rise from 6.8 billion today to between 8.0 and 10.5 billion by mid-century.  (A:  It COULD... or it WILL.  Where is their data for it?)

The researchers said that with one and a half million more humans climbing aboard the planet every week, a recipe is looming for ecological overload, famine and broken states.  (A:  Remember that last article I read, the last one?  How they give you shock and awe and they admit it after the conferences that they grossly exaggerate everything to terrify the public into going along.  So this is what all this stuff is.  Then this goes on and on.  This particular article, it mentions different characters involved in this present UN hype and it says…)

"Continued rapid population growth in many of the least developed countries could lead to hunger, a failure of education and conflict," said Malcolm Potts at the University of California in Berkeley, which hosted the conference in February.

The papers, authored by 42 specialists in environmental science, economics and demography, are published by (A:  Here you go.) the Royal Society, Britain's de-facto academy of sciences.  (A:  See, anybody who’s made it to the top in science at all has been pushed up there, has to be a member of the Royal Society. Interesting history, as I say OCCULTIC history.  Francis Bacon joined it.  Others join it.  If you were married, you couldn’t be married.  You had to put away your wife and family, disassociate yourself to become a brother.  It’s a Masonic organization.  They guide the world.  After all, if you’re going to have progress you must guide which direction you’re going in.  That’s why all your tax money went in to creating the pill.  The pill, the BIRTH CONTROL pill.  They tried the music.  They tried the drugs.  They tried the booze and the miniskirts in the 1920s, the roaring 20s.  But the fallout was incredible.  They had all these unwanted pregnancies and orphanages were springing up all over the place to take care of it all.  They went back to the drawing board, used your tax money, and put it ALL into guiding the sciences along ONE path to create a birth control pill.  Then they came back with the 60s.  Miniskirts again, drugs, booze, and rock-and-roll.  Simple isn’t it.  And you think its all coincidence.)

"There is no doubt that the current rate of human population growth is unsustainable," summarised Roger Short, a professor at the University of Melbourne in Australia.  (A:  Then it goes on and on.  Then they give you their targets.  Don’t be put off either by their targets. They mean across the whole planet.  They hit Africa.  They blame Africa.)

Ninety-eight percent of the expected population growth will occur in developing countries, especially in Africa, where numbers are set to double to almost two billion by 2050.

"How Niger is going to feed a population growing from 11 million today to 50 million in 2050 in a semi-arid country that may be facing adverse climate (change) is unclear," said Adair Turner (A:  I wonder if he’s any relation to Ted?), a member of Britain's House of Lords.

The population of Uganda was five million in 1950, is 25 million today and could reach 127 million by 2050, Turner said.  (A:  They don’t tell you that between all that time, millions of people moved IN to Uganda and then when Idi Amin was in, millions moved out and then millions moved back in again.  They’re always having problems in Africa and MOVING the people.  Again, they don’t tell you these little things do they?)

Concern about population growth is not new.  (A:  No.  Kissinger passed that bill when he was in.  He really ran the government when Nixon was in.  Kissinger put out that bill [National Security Study Memorandum 200] where he said that the greatest enemy to the state – and he mean the world too – was overpopulation.  Then he went in to action to find ways to bring down the third world.  They had a list of all the third world countries they’d have to bring down in population.  There is a big agenda at work here.  But it’s not just the third world so don’t fall asleep back home.  They mean all of YOU too.  You know, all of you with junk genes.  The ones who haven’t quite made it and backstabbed your way up to the top and brown nosed your way and so on.  You’re all junk genes.  That’s what they mean by that.  They even in this article praise Thomas Malthus, the liar.)

It was most famously articulated by a British mathematician, Thomas Malthus, who in 1798 -- when Earth was home to about one billion (A:  How would they know?  They didn’t take the census there.  In fact, the first census in Britain in the UK wasn’t taken until 2 years after Malthus published his paper.  It doesn’t mention that here.  They just pick numbers out of the air.  Malthus’ job, working for the British government, was to make sure the plantations had enough slaves, but not too fit and not too bright by using their diets, restricting them.  Back with more after this break.) -- calculated that exponential growth would inevitably lead to famine.

I am Alan Watt and this is Cutting Through The Matrix.  We’re cutting through all the nonsense they give us for a supposed reality, you know, the fake reality, the one that the media gives you with American Idol and all the junk that they feed you constantly to keep you involved in trivia.  Really, you’re subconsciously being trained that you’re being GOVERNED.  It’s called governance and you’re not to be involved in deciding anything for yourself anymore.  Any major things that happen in life, you leave it to the big boys above you… these faceless people and often nameless people except for the few that they give you to prattle on about but allow THEM, the EXPERTS to deal with all the big things and your job is to OBEY.  That’s the new governance.  That’s what they mean by governance. 

The Club of Rome said democracy was just too untidy.  They couldn’t get their agenda through with all these competing factions and people with rights and all that kind of stuff so they’d have to it in a different way.  Post-democratic, they call it.  Governance, training the public to accept they’re being governed by a better class of people.  Simple isn’t it.  Very simple.  Very simple.  A long time ago, before you were born, they set up these organizations.  They even said in the Club of Rome, it’s all part of the big conglomerate of foundations that deal with philanthropy on behalf of the big global bankers.  In other words, it’s a parallel government to get THEIR agenda through under the guise of helping people.  They help you by taking all your rights away but they give you ‘peace and safety’.  Very old trick.

U.N. 'Climate Change' Plan Would Likely Shift Trillions

 to Form New World Economy

A United Nations document on "climate change" that will be distributed to a major environmental conclave (A:  Now, do we get invited to these conclaves?  These are nongovernmental organizations most of them.  That’s how the big parallel government runs the world, through NGOs.  Financed, well financed FROM the big foundations.)     next week envisions a huge reordering of the world economy, likely involving trillions of dollars in wealth transfer (A:  The transfer of wealth.  Remember, that was one of the planks of the Communist Manifesto.  Who funded the communists into existence?  The international bankers did.  That’s just fact.  Read your histories.), millions of job losses and gains, new taxes, industrial relocations, new tariffs and subsidies, and complicated payments for greenhouse gas (A:  Of course it’s complicated because no one’s supposed to understand it.  It’s bogus.) abatement schemes and carbon taxes — all under the supervision of the world body.  (A:  The United Nations, the organization that no population on the planet voted into existence.  IT IS A CORPORATION that’s meant to run the world.  Carroll Quigley said it.  Remember, “A new feudal system run by international corporations.”  That’s the plan of the Council on Foreign Relations.)

Those and other results are blandly discussed in a discretely worded United Nations "information note" on potential consequences of the measures that industrialized countries will likely have to take to implement the Copenhagen Accord, the successor to the Kyoto Treaty (A:  When you’re playing your trivia and all the rest of it and following Hollywood and watching American Idol, this is the stuff they’re ramming through.  Every law means it’s binding and YOU will have to follow it.  Believe you me, YOU are going to pay for it all IF YOU ALLOW IT ALL TO HAPPEN.  People should be taking to the streets; MASSIVE protests like there have never been seen before in the history of the planet should be happening right now.  Either that or you’re accepting that you ARE a slave.  SILENCE really connotes CONSENT, LEGALLY.), after it is negotiated and signed by December 2009. The Obama administration has said it supports the treaty process if, in the words of a U.S. State Department spokesman, it can come up with an "effective framework" for dealing with global warming.  (A:  So he agrees with all this.  That’s why they put him in.)

The 16-page note, obtained by FOX News, will be distributed to participants at a mammoth negotiating session that starts on March 29 in Bonn, Germany, the first of three sessions intended to hammer out the actual commitments involved in the new deal.  (A:  That’s a legal term, ‘the new deal,’ by the way.  The first new deal the US saw was when FDR threw out the constitution and gave you ‘a new deal,’ a new legal deal, a system.  Government is a contract with the people and the government.  It’s an abstract idea which YOU tolerate and allow to exist… as long as it deals fairly with you.  That’s the whole deal of government.  This is a NEW deal.  It’s called GOVERNANCE; we say, you do.  People don’t really realize what they’re reading.  It’s fascinating.)

In the stultifying language that is normal for important U.N. conclaves (A:  I like how they say conclaves.), the negotiators are known as the "Ad Hoc Working Group On Further Commitments For Annex I Parties Under the Kyoto Protocol." (A:  There’s a mouthful for you.   They love this stuff.)  Yet the consequences of their negotiations, if enacted, would be nothing short of world-changing. 

Getting that deal done has become the United Nations' highest priority, and the Bonn meeting is seen as a critical step along the path to what the U.N. calls an "ambitious and effective international response to climate change," which is intended to culminate at the later gathering in Copenhagen.  (A:  Which is coming up now.  That’s why the shock and awe… the first article I read.)

We’re all going in to this massive slavery system.  At the same time, they’re pushing… Brown, the Prime Minister of Britain said he’s talking about a new economic world order at the G20 that’s coming up.  The US has just said the same thing.  He’s the US one here.   Reuters.com.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States will urge world leaders this week to launch a new push in November to rebalance the world economy (A:  Maybe that’s what’s giving the earth the wobble as we spin?), but there are doubts national governments will bow to external advice.

A document outlining the U.S. position ahead of the September 24-25 Group of 20 summit in Pittsburgh said exporters, which include China, Germany and Japan, should consume more, while debtors like the United States ought to boost savings.  (A:  That means consume less.)

"The world will face anemic growth if adjustments in one part of the global economy are not matched by offsetting adjustments in other parts," said the document, which was obtained by Reuters on Monday.

The framework drafted by U.S. policy makers (A:  I love how they don’t even need names anymore.) foresaw analysis of G20 members' economic policies by the International Monetary Fund to figure out if they were consistent with better balanced growth.

"We call on our finance ministers to launch the new framework by November," the document said, signaling a determined effort to maintain momentum for change created by last year's global financial crisis.

The United States envisages the IMF playing a central role in a process of "mutual assessment" by making policy recommendations to the G20 every six months.  (A:  The IMF is going to RULE the United States.  That’s what they’re telling you right there.  You’ll have to put in a report to them every six months.  You have to consume LESS in the US while other countries have to consume MORE to balance out all this stuff and to balance out their carbon, this invisible stuff that no one can weigh, measure or anything else.  What a great CON this is, isn’t it?  A fantastic con.  Who’d have dreamed?  Who would have dreamed?)

 At one time, when they came up with ‘indulgences’ in the Catholic Church you could pay… you could pay for your deceased to get to heaven a bit faster if you just keep paying them.  They’d pray for you.  Otherwise you were stuck in a sort of limbo, like slow motion; not quite there on earth, not quite up there in heaven.  Kind of stuck there like glue.  The more prayers they said for you, the more another step and another step towards heaven.  That’s where they got all this idea of carbon from.  They looked at previous religions.  If people would swallow that for thousands of years, they’d swallow this one.  The new global scientists, the white-coated priests, the EXPERTS that have lied consistently to us for a political agenda have no problem with it and they’re all over the place telling us their BS… their bothersome stuff.  That’s how they do it. 

Nongovernmental organizations, that’s what governance is all about.  The Soviet system was run – on the surface, for the media – by nongovernmental organizations, COMMITTEES.  That’s what ‘soviet’ means, rule by committees, councils.  The only difference is, the leaders of the NGOs were picked by the Politburo.  In the US, they’re picked by the parallel government, the foundations that set them up and fund them into existence… and give them pension plans and great wages and fly them all across the world.  None of them are grassroots.  They’re part of the big agenda to enslave the entire planet and everyone on it… except the boys at the top of course, their bosses. 

Then, to top it all off, you’ve got Prince Charles who’s a great supporter of the Optimum Population Trust, another PRIVATE foundation that’s advising the British government on how to depopulate their country AND the rest of the world.  Here he comes out, this goon – he’s a goon; Prince Charles is a goon.  I can remember when they couldn’t find a job for him.  They said the Prince without a function.  The Queen was the Queen, you see.  They tried to find reasons for him to exist so they put him into buildings for a while, architecture.  He talked about architecture and ugly buildings and stuff like that.  Now they’ve put him into the green agenda.  Here he is in The Telegraph.  This is Prince Charles, the guy… I can remember I read an article in the paper when they flew his Rolls Royce across the world to attend a meeting, so his chauffer could drive him from the airport to the meeting, and how much fuel it consumed at the time.  That was years ago.  Here’s Prince Charles…

The Prince of Wales is urging people to give up their cars in favour of walking and public transport to try to reduce carbon emissions.

The Prince, who has two Jaguars, two Audis, a Range Rover and still drives an Aston Martin given to him by the Queen on his 21st birthday, said developers had a duty to put public transport and the pedestrian at the heart of their housing schemes.

Speaking about the “domination of the car over the pedestrian”, the future King said (A:  That will be the day.): “We must surely be able to organise ourselves... in ways in which we are not dependent on it to such a great extent for our daily needs."  (A:  So there he is.  Prince Charles… in on it too.  All of the big ones want this.  I’m surprised Prince Charles didn’t say, ‘you know, we’re bringing in a new feudal system with international corporations running the show.  I’d like to go back to the old days when we had all you peasants living in villages just raising crops for us.  It was so much tidier and you couldn’t go very far because you had no transportation.’  That’s what Agenda 21 at the United Nations is all about.  Believe it.  That’s what it’s all about.  A NEW FEUDAL SYSTEM.)

I’ll go to the callers now.  There’s Kendall from Atlanta there.  Are you there Kendall?

Kendall:  Yes.  Good evening Alan.  I’m calling from Atlanta, Georgia tonight to let you know about this shock and awe routine we had here with the weather warfare campaign down here where they flooded out everything.  I noticed that there’s nothing going on at the CDC campus as well.  No flooding there. 

Alan:  No.  NO flooding there.  It’s interesting too…

Kendall:  It’s not at the Air Force base either.

Alan:  No.  Isn’t it amazing that?  Here where I am, it rained every single day June and July exactly as it did last year.  Subnormal temperatures and in California, due to governmental interference in cutting down the water supply to the farmers, now they’re getting a drought because they don’t get enough water.  Not because of a water shortage, it’s because they’ve cut down the water to the farmers. 

Kendall:  You can just see the targeted areas for this urban sprawl thing that they’re complaining about, it’s wild.  You can see it’s like all the poverty-stricken areas are flooded, the schools are flooded.  It’s amazing. 

Alan:  It is amazing.  What’s amazing too, I’ve watched this for years, they gave the go-ahead to sell lands that are in floodplains about 20 years ago, mainly for the poorer people.  So they move into these floodplains and guess what, the first heavy rains they get, the rivers overflow and there’s flooding.  This is standard.  I’ve watched this con game for years.  Then they show it on the news and then they terrify the world.  We’re watching this stuff saying, ‘My God, I guess the weather’s…’  No.  They didn’t allow people to live on that land before because they are floodplains.  [Laughing] 

Kendall:  It was so systematic too how it happened.  In the middle of the night, under a lightning that was just like manmade completely.  Then the Chattahoochee River overflows and it stops the main highway called 285.  It’s like a loop around the whole city and it stopped all traffic for the whole day.  Amazing.  Also, on the way home, I see the big king’s X in the sky ready for the next flooding they’re going to do this evening. 

Alan:  Exactly.  I saw the same thing in Alberta a few years ago.  They’d flooded the farmers.  They actually gave them drought for about 5 years.  Heavy spraying.  Every article they showed you the farmers, they let you see on TV the spraying above them, crisscrossing in the skies.  Then they gave them a massive flood with the river overflowing.  Again, even in the documentary on the CBC, there’s all the crisscrossing above their heads as they’re discussing this flood… and the public haven’t a clue.  It’s weather warfare. 

Kendall:  [laughing] Exactly.  They time it and everything.  Also, I watched them give predictive programming called Midsummer Murders.   It’s an English sitcom.  It started in 1998.  In one of the episodes they had a big chemtrail right there in 1998 right behind this big mansion.  It was hilarious. 

Alan:  That’s right.  In 1998 in definitely most of Canada and definitely in Ontario, that was the year they started to spray daily.  I remember the first day I walked out and the whole sky was covered with them.  There were about 20 planes in the sky.  They were half the height that they are today.  It was like walking into a sci-fi set. 

Kendall:  Wow.  They call it in Southeast America, the God-fearing country, hum?  I can see they’re God-fearing.  [Laughing]

Alan:  That’s right.  We’ve got new Gods you see. 

Kendall:  One more thing.  This Bernays PR thing they’re doing with the nasal spray for the flu vaccine.  They’re pulling out the number one college football team down here in the southeast and the whole team on Sunday sprayed their nasal thing and that’s how they’re spinning that off down here.

Alan:  That’s true.  That’s also the reason that every article you’ve seen for months now about this coming swine flu shot shows you, at the top of the page, always shows you an injection going into an arm to terrify you.  Then you breathe a sigh of relief when… ‘Oh my God.  It’s so simple.  It’s just going to be a little whiff up my nose.’  [Laughing] 

Kendall:  [Laughing] Thank you very much Alan.  I’ll still keep the money going there.

Hi folks.  I am Alan Watt.  This is Cutting Through The Matrix and we’re moving on to John from Florida.  Are you there John?

John:  Yes Alan.  Just a comment.  I just finished reading a book last week.  The William Cooper book.  He had an article in the back.  It was a reproduction of the article.  I said, ‘Big bother’s coming.’  I was written August 1^st of 1989. 

Alan:  Was that Behold a Pale Horse?

John:  Yes.  One of the things that it said… It was interesting because of all the swine flu stuff.  It said, ‘other sources say that tiny transmitters can be injected painlessly from a tiny gun and in humans without them knowing about it during nationwide vaccination programs.  All the government would have to do is make up something like the swine flu vaccine.’  I found that interesting in that he was talking and it was an actual article in 1989 about that.

Alan:  Yes.  Cooper definitely was into a lot of good stuff.  He knew the agenda.  There’s no doubt, he KNEW the agenda.  He had his own personal problems, there’s no doubt about it.  He certainly knew what the agenda was and that’s why they took him out because he had a big following.  He could motivate people into action and that’s what they didn’t want. 

John:  He even talked about Bo Gritz.  He had a thing about Bo Gritz.

Alan:  Bo Gritz is a Mason as well. 

John:  He was basically saying, Bo Gritz, I don’t trust this guy too much but let’s just see what happens. 

Alan:  Bo Gritz used to be on Patriot Radio and he would talk about when he was in the Special Forces how many people he’d taken out on assassinations.  An assassin has no loyalty, really, doesn’t fight for your country.  Assassin is a hit man.  Here he is with hip pocket orders - that he said himself that he had ‘hip pocket’ orders from the Pentagon when he left, meaning he never left - running a Patriot show.  Then after 9/11, Bo Gritz is on television – they showed it in Canada here – on the congressional steps saying he was going to see the politicians and to tell them, he says, ‘that it was these crazy, paranoid patriot types that were responsible for blowing up the towers.’  That’s what he said.  He says, ‘they listen to short wave radio patriot stations and believe in black helicopters.’  This is the same guy who’d been ON patriot radio and ran a good part of it for about 4 or 5 years.  They give you the heroes often and you’ve got to be careful.  You’ve got to be so careful. 

John:  I have one last thing.  One thing I’ve been noticing because my wife watches TV and I don’t watch it as much.  But every now and then when she watches, I caught this commercial.  It’s a Kool-aid commercial.  There was a part where a kid is catching a baseball in the air with his glove and right above you see a chemtrail.  It’s a HUGE chemtrail.  I’ve been noticing this with a lot of these… especially with pharmaceutical commercials.  When you watch them, you’ll see chemtrails in the background all the time. 

Alan:  You’ll also see, they even show it on news frequently in Canada.  They’ll show it even above Parliament building in Ottawa, they show chemtrails.  It’s to get us USED to the fact that they’re there and they’re just normal.  [Laughing.]

John:  It’s funny because at least now I got my wife into like…  She travels and every time she’ll call me and tell me, ‘oh look, I saw one of your chemlines,’ that’s what she calls it.  But at least she’s seeing them now. 

Alan:  Yes.  As I say, when you’ve lived long enough and you remember what condensation trails were and how long they lasted compared to THESE ones, plus you can remember when these ones started after they signed the Open Skies Treaty world wide, then you know the difference.  These things are NOT condensations trails.  They’re definitely chemicals.  The chemicals come down sometimes in blobs when there is cooler weather.  I watched one, it was about 12 feet wide, come down and land in a tree here.  Then, like cotton candy, it just eventually dissolved.  Thanks for calling.

I’ve been talking about reality for some time now.  A little bit here and there, just to sort of break us all into it.  We’re not living in a reality.

It’s amazing, really, that if you look at all the revolutions in the 1800s into the 1900s, there were lots of books written at that time about a world society.

They were all funded, these revolutions, by very rich people.  The richest people on the planet.  In fact, the big bankers were right in there.

Under the guise of environmentalism, that’s what they came up with to save the world.  It’s always to save something they take your rights away.

That’s how they’re pushing it forward, environmentalism and this bogus carbon nonsense.  They’ve had the bogus global warming dropped to climate change, which means we’ve always had climate change but now the scientists with their knowledge are going to save us all from incredible climate changes and all that kind of stuff.

The Club of Rome and all the big think tanks talked about methods to take away our rights and get us to behave ourselves and do what we’re told, rather than this awful, awful freedom idea where individuals really thought they had rights and freedoms.

  That was just too messy.  It dragged things out in court and stuff and they want to get on with their dictatorial society very quickly.  That’s what it’s all about.

Then we had the 2001 fiasco which really kicked it off.  That was planned.  That whole thing was planned to kick off a world using the same Stalinist techniques of enemies within everywhere, every country’s got enemies within.

I’ve mentioned before how they use cadavers now, supposedly as art shows.  They started off… I can remember when it was a big to-do when they put a fetus, a baby - that’s just the Latin word for baby - in a jar of urine at an art show.

I’d like to see them intellectualize it if they were lined up - one day they might, by the way - in front of a trench and all shot in the back of the head like the Soviet Story shows you.  Another good movie to see is Katyn, about Poland and what happened there.  How literally, they killed all the officer class off, the Soviets did.  After doing it, a few years later when they took over Poland, they blamed the Germans for it.  Seeing is believing.  They rehashed all the German video of the exhumations and inserted themselves.  They were very good at putting little bits in to film, the Soviets.  They also took a lot of people out of photographs in the Soviet system.  Look at the ones that were around Lenin to begin with.  You see them gradually disappearing.  They got brushed out and literally wiped out.  Seeing is believing for the public, eh?

Dehumanizing the human body was a big thing.  It’s come to be taught as just a fact.  ‘You’re just another animal.  There’s plenty of you, so you’re not an endangered species.  So what’s the big deal?’  So they started HANGING up these cadavers that they plasticized.  It started in China.  A lot of the bodies come from China.  You get all the curious folk going in, the ones that would go to the old circuses back in the 1800s to see the elephant man, the bearded lady and the dwarves and stuff like that.  That’s the kind of people who go.  They stand there and some will howl with laughter.  Intellectuals will have little debates about how interesting it is and stuff like that.  It’s quite interesting.  It’s very true what they say too.  They say that revolution is the opium of the intelligentsia.

Body Worlds plans cadaver show dedicated to sex

ZURICH (Reuters) – German anatomists plan a new show dedicated solely to dead bodies having sex as part of the Body Worlds exhibitions.

Gunther von Hagens and his wife Angelina Whalley show corpses prepared using a technique invented by von Hagens called "plastination," (Alan:  It should be called abomination.)  that removes water from specimens (A:  See, the human body is a SPECIMEN.) and preserves them with silicon rubber or epoxy resin.

"It's not my intention to show certain sexual poses. (A:  This deviant says.)  My goal is really to show the anatomy and the function," Body Worlds creative director Whalley told Reuters in an interview, adding the sex exhibition may open next year.

Body Worlds exhibitions, visited by 27 million people across the world (A:  Supposedly.), have been criticized for presenting entire corpses, stripped of skin to reveal the muscles and organs underneath, in lifelike and often theatrical positions.  (A:  They have them on skateboards and everything.  It was a plan to dehumanize.  I could actually spend the whole show and another show just going through all the things I remember as they started these shows.  As I say, fetuses in jars of urine.  Then they added feces to it and so on, etc, etc down through the years.  …until it comes to this.  There’s a name for people who are fascinated by dead bodies and sex to start with.  So it tells you what kind of creeps are recruited by the big financiers that finance this into being.  There’s a psychological objective too, to dehumanize us all.  Quite simple.  It works very well unfortunately.  There’s the ones who howl with laughter and are all curious and then go and watch the Simpson’s afterwards.  Then, there’s the intelligentsia who put on fake arguments to show that they’re not shocked with anything.  Back with more after this break.)

Hi folks.  I am Alan Watt and this is Cutting Through The Matrix, going through some of the craziness that we’re supposed to experience as we go through this Century of Change.  It’s an organized insanity.  They tried it ALL out in the Soviet system.  In the Soviet system, at one time you were given a quota of miles that you had for travel every month - even taxi drivers - and no more, in order to get your permits for more fuel etc.  They were all jacking up their taxes and turning their speedometers and their odometers back… to make it work.  That’s the only way it could work.  Otherwise it was crazy. 

See, that’s all part of the total frustration.  Total frustration is a technique that’s used by the masters.  It puts you in a small box where you think that you’re helpless.  Helpless… these crazy laws that come around from everywhere.   That is, honestly, a technique that is used and written and described about in manuals even for the military.  When they go in to other countries, they hire ethnologists and so on and different specialists, anthropology, culture.  They study the people so they know how to implement changes that make them almost schizophrenic.  That’s the technique that’s used.  When you really have no confidence in your own reasoning abilities anymore, you kind of collapse and you do what you’re told.  Then you’ll accept the next crazy thing that comes along until you’re living in absolute insanity.  Like trading carbon for utter nonsense.  This is what they’re going to push.  There’s no con small or big enough.  Anything will do.

Green shop owner is fined by council...for not producing any rubbish

With its emphasis on re-using old materials or selling them as scrap, Mark Howard's bicycle shop is a model of environmental efficiency.

So you might have imagined that his local council would be grateful to him for enhancing the area's green credentials.

But instead the father of four has been hit with a £180 fine - because officers refuse to believe he doesn't create any commercial waste.

If the charge is not paid within ten days it will rise to £300, and ultimately Mr Howard could be hauled before a court.  (A:  Who no doubt will shut his business down and fine him thousands.)

Mr Howard stores surplus materials such as cardboard boxes and old pedals away for re-use, while bent steel or aluminium frames that can't be salvaged are sold for scrap.

The dispute centres around a certificate issued by council waste contractors Cory when businesses pay them £80 to supply 50 commercial waste bags (A:  What a great business isn’t it?  You’re told by the Council you must buy their commercial waste bags… for £80... so you don’t do it because you don’t need them, right.  That’s called blackmail.), which can be collected when full.

Five weeks ago Mr Howard, 50, who runs Sutton Road Cycles in Southend (A:  In England.), received a letter from Southend Council asking how he disposed of waste.

When he rang up to explain, no one believed that he did not use the service and he was told that someone would visit his premises.

'An officer came round a week later but he didn't look round or ask any questions,' he said. 'He just handed me another letter which said I must pay a fixed penalty.  (A:  A fine.)

Enlarge    'They didn't give me a chance to show them what I do - which is better than the council contractor's service because their waste goes to landfill.' (A:  See, it’s a con anyway.  All this recycling… it goes in to the landfill and gets buried.  He’s not doing that.  He’s actually recycling it.)

Mr Howard, who is married to Karen, 46, says he can prove what he does with his waste by showing council officials his paperwork.

But he added: 'Despite repeated calls I was fobbed off all the time. I have tried to get an interview with the director of the department but nothing has happened. This is totally stupid. The council must have money to burn because they want this case to go to court.

'I'm not some environmental fruitcake trying to save the world. I'm just an ordinary person using my brain to avoid waste. But they don't seem to care.'

Southend Council yesterday defended its actions. Simon Crowther, group manager for waste, said: 'Mr Howard is required under the Environmental (Duty of Care) Regulations 1991 to produce evidence as to how he legally and lawfully disposes of commercial waste under his control.  (A:  But they won’t go and let him show his evidence.  That’s what happened in the Soviet.  This is the new Soviet.)

'Mr Howard has been issued with a fixed-penalty fine due to the fact he failed to provide this evidence.'  (A:  Because they won’t allow themselves to be shown the evidence.  He failed to provide this evidence…. See, they get you in these situations and it’s their way or no way.  It’s protection money too; it’s Mafia… Mafioso.  It doesn’t matter if there’s guys sitting in cafes having nice meals discussing their business and threatening customers.  It’s the same darn thing.  Only they call themselves officials.  Officials… same thing.)

You understand this system has had it.  All these organizations have to be totally cleaned off the board.  The people should get a say in what they have and what they don’t have… supposedly representing them.  All these PRIVATE, NON-GOVERNMENTAL organizations that sit on all the councils right up to Federal governments have to be done away with.  Just REMOVED.  REMOVED!  Give them an island somewhere and tell them to go live there and live in their environmentally friendly way, maybe near the Antarctic where they’ll have to burn something for heat.  Back with more after these messages.

No organization on the planet, NO ORGANIZATION ON THIS PLANET can rule over you without your consent.  None.  Even your government can’t do it.  Can’t do it without your consent.  That’s why they want you to vote.  YOU GIVE CONSENT SO THEY CAN DO WHAT THEY WANT TO DO, if you actually vote.  NOBODY SHOULD VOTE.  Nobody should vote… because you ARE a unique individual person on this planet.  No one has the right to tell you what to do, how to live, what to eat, how to heat yourself or anything else or what system to SERVE. 

Everything at the top is totalitarian, planned long ago and here we are going through it and people just don’t know what to do.  They look for already existent groups to join, hoping.  Or they sit back and say, ‘oh, this group’s already formed to fight this; I’ll sit back and let them do it.’  A LOT OF THESE GROUPS ARE FRONTS!  …to make you sit back hoping they’ll do it for you.

City to pinpoint areas of low rates of vaccination

(A:  Which is baloney.)

Using technology originally developed for mass disasters, Boston disease trackers are embarking on a novel experiment - one of the first in the country (A:  Of course it’s nationwide now.)- aimed at eventually creating a citywide registry of everyone who has had a flu vaccination.

The resulting vaccination map would allow swift intervention in neighborhoods left vulnerable (A:  Meaning you didn’t take it.) to the fast-moving respiratory illness.

The trial starts this afternoon, when several hundred people are expected to queue up (A:  Like goons.) for immunizations at the headquarters of the Boston Public Health Commission. Each of them will get a bracelet printed with a unique identifier code. (A:  Isn’t that nice.  The tax payer pays for it.  The victims always pay for it.)  Information about the vaccine's recipients, and the shot, will be entered into handheld devices similar to those used by delivery truck drivers.

Infectious disease specialists in Boston and elsewhere predicted that the registry approach could prove even more useful if something more sinister strikes: a bioterrorism attack or the long-feared arrival of a global flu epidemic. (A:  Well, that’s what we’ve got now right?  Well… it’s all in the air, you might say, up in the air.)  In such crises, the registry could be used to track who received a special vaccine (A:  Because there will be special ones out there that they know.  They want to see the batch number and your name to see if it really kills you.) or antidote to a deadly germ.

"Anything you can do to better pinpoint who's vaccinated and who's not, that's absolutely vital," said Michael Osterholm, director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research & Policy at the University of Minnesota. "I wish more cities were doing this kind of thing."  (A:  Oh… this guy will go far.  This guy will go far… if he just cleans that brown stuff off his nose.)

Boston is believed to be the first city to embrace this particular approach to tracking vaccinations against the seasonal flu, estimated to kill 36,000 people each year (A:  I wonder where they get the figures?  Maybe it’s like Malthusian.  They just make a graph and guess.) in the United States, principally the elderly.  (A:  It’s always the elderly homes, by the way, that breaks out first because they’re the first ones to get the shots.  I’ve watched this for years.  They get the shots and then they come down with it.  Then people visit them in their homes and bring it into the community with them.  They’ve even had articles on television in Canada about that.  Strange how it always breaks out in elderly homes first.  Nothing strange about it.  They’re the first ones to get it, the injections.)

Irish Star: GET THE RUSHED FLU JAB – OR BE JAILED

Government plans to introduce compulsory vaccinations for swine flu could see people JAILED if they refuse to take it.

Stringent pandemic laws open to the Department of Health allow it to enforce compulsory vaccinations against a serious outbreak of swine flu – with stiff fines or a six-month stretch in prison for those who avoid taking the jab.  (A:  I hope they stuff their prisons full of people who don’t take the jab.)

The Department of Health has said it is satisfied it can enact legislation provided in the 1947 Health Act  (A:  See how they go through all the stuff they’ve written in the past… to find something.  Reword it, reinterpret it.) – which include compulsory vaccinations, quarantine and travel bans – to deal with a pandemic.  (A:  1947 they put it on the books.)

A HSE spokeswoman said: “The position is that the Department is satisfied that the provisions in 1947 Health Act for the control and management of infectious diseases, gives it sufficient powers to deal with a pandemic outbreak.”  (A:  They also had laws on the books in most of the countries in the Western world about euthanizing the unfit, you know, those who were a bit ‘touched in the head,’ as they called it them, below par in the IQ department… they’ll still be in the books.  They could go back to anything.  Hanging is still in the books, if we want to go back to it.  They’re creeps aren’t they?  And lawyers are used all the time because they’re very important for this new world order.  Armies of lawyers are churned out every year from law school.  I’ll put all these articles up on my web site at the end of tonight’s show.  You can read them all for yourself.  It shows you, I’m not making this stuff up. I’ve got more things to do than make this stuff up.)

A source told Star Sunday that the Department of Health is on the verge of making swine flu vaccine compulsory for everybody in the country next month.

The source said: “They are seriously considering making the vaccinations compulsory as it could be the only way to make it work.”  (A:  Make WHAT work?  WHAT work?)

Swine flu is already starting to spread in Ireland with confirmed cases found at three separate schools. A total of 91 people have been hospitalised with the virus.  (A:  They’re hospitalizing people that come in with all kinds of symptoms.  I’ve read the articles before where they were told and the World Health Organization said to actually stop doing swab tests for them.  Just anybody with a sniffly nose has got swine flu.)

Pharmacists across Ireland are currently in training so that they can administer the vaccine once the first batches become available.  (A:  Pharmacists are not supposed to give inoculations.  They’re not trained and authorized to give jabs, by the way.)

So, as I say, I hope the Irish start getting some of their old fire back and tell them what to do with it.  Remember, IF there was to be a real swine flu break out, it won’t be the one that they claim that’s going around now.  It will be mutated into another type which means the vaccine, even if it was real and really meant to deal with it, wouldn’t be effective to the one that evolves.  Otherwise, if you got a shot years ago for a flu, technically, you would have still crossover protection up till the present.  It doesn’t happen that way does it?  It doesn’t happen at all.

It also says in here,  “promote an international system” and “global governance.”  That’s very important, global governance.  If you’re under global governance, you can’t be sovereign obviously.  You become a yes-man or a yes-boy.  Yes, yes, yes.  Yes, massa, yes, massa.  They’ll have all the police of Europe combined into this massive system taking their orders from their headquarters in Brussels and all the military as well.  You think it’s crazy now, wait till this new Soviet… THIS IS BIGGER!  THIS IS BIGGER THAN THE OLD SOVIET, BIGGER, new improved, better.  It was always the goal of it to create this NOW, after the pretended fall of the Soviet Union.  Then it goes on and on and on about all the other stuff that will take all your rights away.  By a country, not even a country, a PLACE across the water, somewhere, where your little place, your little land is just another speck on their big map out there.  So you can imagine how effectually they’ll treat any of your problems that you meet in your local area.  You can’t deal with anything except locally.  Only YOU, locally, know what you need and what the problems are.  Not some incredibly foreign thing way across yonder somewhere.  It’s amazing isn’t it?  Amazing.

Even the degradation that we’re going through now to do with the dehumanizing of the human being as such.  We’ve seen the racket that goes on even on the internet.  There’s apparently sites up there where they sell body organs and stuff.  We already went through the process of abortion and selling fetuses and fetal parts and fetal spinal columns and so on.  They pay big bucks for this in science laboratories… for fresh ones.  A little while ago, there was an article about an Israeli gang bringing body parts in to the US for sale.  Here’s another one.  In New York.

New Jewish organ theft gang busted

The Jewish group is said to be connected to Israeli rabbi Levy Rosenbaum, who was recently arrested for direct importing human organs.

New reports have surfaced on the arrest of yet another Jewish organ trading gang in the United States involved in the abduction of Algerian children.

Dr. Mustafa Khayatti, the head of the Algerian National Committee for the Development of Health Research, revealed on Sunday that the New York city police have arrested members of a Jewish gang who abducted Algerian children for their organs.

Khayatti said the arrests came after Interpol found that children in western Algeria were abducted and taken to Morocco to have their kidneys harvested.

Their organs were later trafficked to the United States and Israel and sold for $20,000 to $100,000 each.

The group is said to be connected to Israeli rabbi Levi Rosenbaum, who was recently arrested in New Jersey (A:  That was where the first case came up.) for the direct involvement in importing human organs.  (A:  That was from, I think, Israel or Palestine at that time.)

Following Rosenbaum's arrest, US authorities detained some 44 others, including rabbis and mayors in New Jersey, who were prosecuted for money laundering and human organs trade.

Last month, a report published in the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet, accused Israeli soldiers of kidnapping Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and the Gaza Strip for their organs, indicating a possible link between the Israeli military and the mafia of human organs detected in the US.  (A:  What they were doing, they were kidnapping the youth in Palestine and holding them… the parents were told these youngsters had died… under interrogation or whatever and they couldn’t get their bodies back for maybe months sometimes.  When they did get them back, they were obviously autopsied.  Why would you autopsy someone you’d killed or tortured or whatever?  They found out that the organs were missing.  Then there’s a whole bunch of related stories at the bottom on this particular macabre incident.  Society’s gone to the dogs.  It’s gone to the dogs.  It truly has and I don’t know if there’s any going back.  Back with more after this break.)

Parents protest at Ofsted inspections for children taught at home

(A:  This is from Britain again.  They’re doing the same in the States by the way.  After all, we’re all interdependent and global right now.  By the way, interdependence was first mentioned by Karl Marx about 1840.  A world of interdependence.  It’s all through the United Nations and your countries have all signed interdependence agreements.  It means that you will have no personal independence in any area.  You’ll need the system for everything you need to live.)

Thousands of parents are prepared to go to court over plans to limit home schooling, The Times has learnt.

Parents whose children are educated at home do not have to register with their local authority and are not inspected. But proposals being considered by the Government would change this and threaten parents’ ability to choose the curriculum for their children, campaigners say. 

I’ll add to this - I’ll put the link up there so you can read the rest of it - that Italy - this is all the EU from the top - Italy banned home schooling and the Prime Minister said that every child must have the same indoctrination.  These are HIS words: the same indoctrination.  It has to be the same everywhere, in Britain and elsewhere, the US, Canada.  That’s the reason they don’t want home schooling.

Yvonne:  Hi.  This is Yvonne calling from Nevada.  I have a question to ask you about Putin or Russia.  I have wanted to believe that there was someone decent in the world.  I’ve been following him and from what I have been able to determine, and what I know about our relationship with Russia, I believe that it’s quite possible that we would have an attack on America by Russia, of course with the blessings of the United States and Britain.  I wanted your opinion on that. 

Alan:  I can’t really see it happening, to be honest with you.  Because as you’ve just pretty well pointed out, the same people who own the US, Britain and Russia, they own the rest of the world too. 

Yvonne:  I know they do. 

Alan:  They don’t need an attack as you think of it really, with nuclear weaponry and all the rest of it.  They have enough created crisis going along pretty well as it is right now.

Yvonne:  This would be after what we’re going to go through now. 

Alan:  What they’ve predicted at the think tanks for the military is that there are going to be riots across the whole world for 30-odd years.  The entire Western world, what they say is, there’s always a possibility.  I think they should add in quotation marks, if the plans don’t go according to plan, then they might have to use another country just to get another war going to get us all on board and do what we’re told, but I don’t think they’ll even have to do that.  What they plan to do is bring in City-States, maybe about half a dozen across the whole planet and barbarians outside of the walls will simply be killed off over maybe a 100 years.  That’s the plans by the military themselves by their own think tanks that they published in the Guardian newspaper.  90 pages.  Thanks for calling.
